As a mom, a young mom at that, I sometimes struggle with being organized. So I decided to create a weekly meal list. I thought it might help if we all share our menus, recipes, and ideas to break up the routine of chicken for dinner all the time. Well...at least in my house :)
So here is the first week, and recipes to follow later in the week!
Monday- We are eating out at PF Changs for my mothers birthday... YAY
Tuesday- Broccoli and cheddar soup with homemade no knead bread. (wish my luck)
Wednesday- Ham and cheese quesadillas, out of a new book I will share with you, chips cheese and salsa!
Thursday- Dutch baby pancakes with an apple topping, maybe some eggs and bacon.
Friday- Italian Chicken with stuffed potatoes.
